Most of our orders are shipped with Canada Post and United States Postal Service (UPSP). That being said, if more desirable shipping options become available, we may decide to opt for these.
Canadian Orders
- FREE shipping on lettermail-sized orders.
- What is lettermail-sized? Products that are <500grams in weight and <2cm in thickness.
- This shipping option is not tracked.
- Lettermail shipping takes approximately 3 business days within Alberta, and 4 business days nationally. We cannot provide exact delivery times.
- FREE shipping on any orders of value CAD$89+.
- This shipping option is tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Tracked small-package shipping duration varies. We cannot provide exact delivery times. Please track the package.
- Paid shipping on any orders that don’t qualify for the FREE shipping (<CAD$89) OR tracking on lettermail-sized order.
- Same details as the FREE shipping option 2. above.
- Local pick-up.
- We are located in Calgary, Alberta. Upon placing your order and selecting the local pick-up option, we will contact you with instructions to arrange a time & date.
US Orders
NOTE: We will prepare all custom declaration forms required. However, the customer is responsible to pay any import duty that may be due.
