Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (e.g. soldered), with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the order number so that we can cross-check the order in our system.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the order was placed with our free shipping option, then we cover the return costs as well. A shipping label will be sent to you, which you can affix to the package.
If the order was not placed with the free shipping option, then we will not cover the return costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right!
